Firstlight Wagyu is a joint venture with Firstlight Foods, supplying our Wagyu beef to the world's most discerning consumers, while Challenge Livestock Partnership specialises in the export of high quality NZ dairy livestock, as well as other classes of sheep and cattle, to world markets.

Adding further value for the NZ farmer, we established joint ventures to form On Farm Research, providing farm-based applied research 

to the agricultural sector, and Farmax, the leading computer-based decision support system for pastoral farming.

Utilising Farmax, Livestock Partner was formed to supply livestock and management support to contracted farmers.

Staying closer to home, and to meet the Hawke’s Bay region’s requirement for high-end service to professionals and the general public, in the air and at the desk, we are proud to also be part of Heli Air Hawkes Bay, which operates a luxuriously fitted out, modern helicopter for corporate charter or scenic flights, and Mint Technology, a progressive information technology system and service provider.
