We recruit Agricultural Machinery Operators throughout our Cropping season - look for specific Situations Vacant posted on our website. Unless otherwise specified within an ad, the following is a guideline for our general criteria:
- Be reliable, motivated and diligent
- Be flexible with days worked and extended hours of work
- Use initiative and be part of a team
- Have experience and an understanding of Ag technology
- Able to demonstrate experience in the operation of agricultural equipment
- Have a sound knowledge of machinery maintenance
- Hold a current HT Licence, preferably Class 4
